4 stamp block with a blue Torchon design cachet with “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. The envelope is not addressed, and is shaded blue in the upper left and lower right corners.  Signed by Tom Foust on the back, indicating that this is #9 of 51 issued.  #6-3/4 (6-5/8" x 3-3/4") unaddressed envelope. Hand-painted. Thomas L. Foust has served as president of the American First Day Cover Society. AFDCS is a volunteer, non-proft and non-commercial organization serving the needs of First Day Cover collectors, cachetmakers and dealers, founded in 1955.
