LMG with lace

Single unaddressed #6-3/4 (6-5/8" x 3-3/4") envelope with block of 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. By LMG, hand painted cachet cartouche, but this one has an actual piece of white machine lace glued on a black background. I don’t know anything about LMG.
