Mille

Single #6-3/4 (6-1/2" x 3-3/4") unaddressed envelope with block of 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. Excellent hand-painted watercolor of children playing viewed through a lace curtained window, signed ‘Mille’. Works by this artist are fairly rare, and I don’t know any details about the maker. It might be one-of-a-kind.
