#6-3/4 (6-1/2" X 3-5/8") unaddressed envelopewith 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellations and postmark. 

I know nothing about this maker, and haven't found any other examples. The handpainted cachet appears some watercolor. Number 2 out of 11.
