Art Noveau Needlelace collar and cuffs

curved cuffs, 12" max long, 3" wide. collar ~15.5" neckline, 3.25" deep.
Washed by Heather Toomer, received back 11/09/2018. Didn't lighten much.
Physically everthing is well intact.
