Round End Lappets with Original Capback - Brussels with Brides

lappets 5" x 23", capback 7" x 8.5"
Originally dirty with afew rust spots. Cleaned by Heather Toomer. Mounted for 2008 exhibition.

Scalloped sides to lappet. Note extensive snowflake grounds and fillings. Feathery swirls, few brides.
Unusual for this set to have stayed together.
