Fair condition, stiff. Localized bown staining. One join. Scattered repairs. Remains of a paper label near one end. Cut one end, cut and secured the other end.
Linen, weavers & passives: single Z 0.08 mm, gimp: 0.34 mm 2 ply S single Z.

Thin, curling sprigs in the lower border. Two rows of diamond esprits above. Finely worked, probably early 19th century.
