Very good condition. A few localized rust spots, and occasional pinhole, minor. The piece is very soft. Cut one end, the other cut, folded over and secured. And extraordinary length to have survived.
Mesh - linen: Looks like single S. Average diameter 0.0644mm, standard deviation 0.008mm.
Gimp - linen: 2 ply S single Z. Maybe even more plys. Diameter ~0.355mm.

This Mechlin piece uses the very fine linen thread of the early 19th century, but it also includes halfstitch in the border flowers, and 7 rows of fine bud-like esprits. So I think it is a little later, perhaps end of the 1st quarter.
