Rare Point d'Eeckent border, Belgium, manufactured by the Minne-Dansaert House in Haeltert. This type of lace was first shown at the Paris Exhibition of 1900, and had a more Art Nouveau character by 1905. Thérèse Minne-Dansaert died in 1909 (find out if the house survived after that). Point d'Eeckent has an interesting floral design, and is especially notable for the slightly padded buttonholed accents which you can see in upper left flower stamens.
