Excellent condition. Cut both ends. The mesh is so fine that it has trouble staying flat.

The design in this piece could be better, but the technique is outstanding. Note hte heavy raised rings, and the unusual 'perls' which seem to be made like the round base of the rings but with no center. Also the use of spaced grid stitches in some of the petals. The lower edge has spaced looped picots, making it similar to Point_de_Gaze_border_2, Point_de_Gaze_collar_1 and Point_de_Gaze_collar_3.
