Point de Gaze Collar

14" neckline, 12" max depth.
Excellent condition, just a little glue near the neckline on right point front edge.

Basically flat Point de Gaze, however there are raised and detached 'jour' elements that are very rarely seen (I've seen it once before in a border 323095754549). Quite a remarkable piece.

Ex. coll. Debra Bonito, author of the book "Graced by Lace". She was a lace author and textile collector and dealer who visited Japan three times to lecture on the subject. She once appeared on Martha Stewart to talk about cleaning linens.
