Point de Flandre guipure collar?

20" neckline, 7" deep. (50.8cm, 17.78cm)
Very good condition. Right end unfinished, this may have been intentional, and I can't decide if this piece was intended as a collar or a fan. Areas of discoloration throughout. Occasional attachment breaks are hard to spot.
Note the piece is photographed from the back, this will be fixed in the final photo.

Very interesting design, with standing Native figures, and cartouches with what looks to be a Native head. These may be African figures, they don't seem to be Native American. The technique is excellent with a variety of fillings. No brides, instead connections are made with a circular motif. Raised work is used extensively both as an edge treatment and to delineate lines in the figures. The piece bears some similarity to Point_de_Flandre_border_2. Difficult to assign a name to something like this, and since it doesn't have the looped borders on the motifs and no needlace rings, I'll put it in the 'Point de Flandre' category.
