Good condition. A few broken brides. Cut both ends.
Clothwork: Cotton, 2 ply S, Single Z,  average 0.172 mm thread diameter.
Fillings: Cotton, 2 ply S, Single Z, average 0.117 mm thread diameter.

A Belgian border of "Venise" needlelace. Belgian indicators include the Point de Gaze stitch used for some fillings, and the upper border has brides outlined with 1.5 twist stich, often found in Point de Gaze. The patterned filing stitches appear to have been made with a thinner thread. Cordonnet is well sculpted.
