Early Devon border with straight droschel ground

A bit worn, no serious damage, 1 join.

Looks like a Brussels design, but note: "Lappets &. (etc.?) worn by a Mrs. Collins at the court of George II". Obviously the lappets aren't there anymore, but this might be part of that suite. I'll leave it as Devon for the moment.
