Iron Hoop Bowed Pillow Horse

Need measurements.
Good condition. Some wear on the top bar and the hoop.

An unusual English bowed pillow stand, with the hoop tilted so that it attaches down on the front legs. Note the metal 'staple' holding the two pieces of the hoope together. Struts extend from the front legs to support the hoop. The legs are tapered from top to bottom, and the footpiece is fitted around the legs, not pegged into the ends as you see often on other examples.
