Granny Lace Pedlar by Clare Hall T/A Hallbell

This auction is for a hand made Granny Lace Peddler doll made in England by Clare Hall T/A Hallbell. This is a custom design that I requested from this doll maker. I ordered two and as far as I know they are the only two she made. This doll was ordered in January of 1988 and I have the original letter from Clare Hall with the invoice along with flyers for her other Granny Peddler Doll Styles. She is mounted on a wooden dowel under her black skirt and her upper body has a white lace blouse with a black lace shawl over it. She has a white lace hat on her head and in her hands are  a pillow with a piece of lace in process which has 25 cloissonne bobbins hanging from the lace piece. In her right hand she holds a paper lace pattern. She has been kept under a glass dome since I got her.
