Adjustable Filet Frame

The two short arms are 35 cm long, the two long arms are 50 cm long. Each arm is 2 cm wide, 1.5 cm high. The brass pegs are ~ 2.5 cm apart.
Very good condition, no damage, everything works. 

An adjustable wooden frame (oak) to mount netting for filet embroidery.  The label translates as "adjustable frame for filet embroidery, eliminating the incovience of sewing. How exactly the netting is attached and tensioned is not entirely clear. The corner pieces are held in place with a wooden stop piece, held firm by a screw.  Without instructions it's difficult to see how this effectively works.
