Excellent condition. There is a blue round sticker labeled "6" midway along the top. Unknown meaning.
Working thread, 2ply S, single Z, 0.328 mm average diameter. Might be cotton, check this.
Gimp: cotton? I think it's a double thread, 2-2ply S single Z, plyed S (different from Le_Puy_white_collar_1 which is plyed Z). Hard to tell the thread, might be cotton. Check this with better scope.

Perhaps Le Puy, due to the leaves and flowers against a point ground, but this is uncertain. Elaborate footside. Gimp around leaves and the lower scallops, no gimp around flowers and upper swirls.This border resembles the Le_Puy_white_collar_1.
