Hermannsburg? cap with lappets

A few stray threads not cut off properly along edge.

Heavy black silk guipure. Might be Hermannsburg lappets for a married woman. Unmarried women would only have the lappets. There also are similar things made in Tønder. See "Spitzenschmuck fur den Kopf - Barben aus Hermannsburg" by Marianne Stang, OIDFA, Germany (2012).
