Irish Crochet silk parure

17" neckline, 8.5" back depth, 19" tie/tassle length
Good condition, note one hole in the ground along neckline.

Silk thread crochet, some raised work with needlelace spider fillings. Grapes, leaves, and flower design, with a few trefoils. Unusual ties with tassels. The tassels are normally a French feature, but I think this is Irish since the French aren't know for silk crochet. Picoted square ground, no special edge treatment.
