Burano Venise border

This is just a guess. Cordonnets are buttonholed, so I don't think it's Italian. And the work on the brides and fillings does resemble that seen in some of the Lefebure postcards. But the lower edge is more Point de Neige style, so could be French. Or Italian. Don't know.
