Netherlands Point Ground border

3" x 93" - round paper tags at both ends, which are finished.
A few pinholes, overall good condition.

Slightly scalloped edge, maybe cotton? Slightly irregular mesh. I don't really know where to put this, so it's going into Netherlands Point Ground for the moment.
