Dexter's Adjustable Loom
   Loom Type:  Perpendicular
   Loom Mode:  Removable Pins

It's not really clear if Leewards crafts still exists. As a child in the 50's I can remember one of their stores near my house in Edina, Minnesota. The company seems to have changed management many times over the years. It was apparently acquired by Michael's Arts and Crafts Stores around 1994. AT the time Leewards Creative Crafts had 101 stores, and the sale was valued at $91.7 million, $34 million of which would pay off Leewards debts.

The Dexter's Adjustable Loom is of similar design as the Hazel's Loom and Hiawatha Loom, so tracing the licensing will be an interesting exercise.

Questions
1. Figure out the history of Leewards. It's not even in Wikipedia!
2. How did Dexter's AL evolve from the Hazel's and Hiawatha precedents?
