The "Palma" Teneriffe Lace Constructer

patent pending in 1904. No doubt the name comes from the fact that it could be held in the palm of the hand. Tenerife, La Palma and La Gomera.
Wooden base, bamboo???. Cam in diameters of 1", 1-1/2" and 2".
