Franklin Mint

A second medal of Vermeer's Lacemaker by the Franklin Mint issued in 2000 in the British Virgin Islands. I have no idea if this is legitimate currency in the BVI. At 1-1/2" in diameter, it is slightly smaller than the first Franklin Mint example.
