VACRO

Metal plate with a highly raised image of Vermeer’s Lacemaker. ~9-1/4” in diameter. Unknown metal, seems to heavy for aluminum. I’m guessing it was sandcast and finished with a grey silver-colored finish which is missing in places on the back, particularly at the bottom of the piece. There is a label “VAVRO” or “VACRO” stamped on the back, along with a small angel in a circle made up of open links.  It also has a tab for hanging The workmanship of this piece is actually very nice.
