USPS descriptive sheet, 8-1/2” x 11-3/8”.  Includes a block of stamps in a plastic sleeve attached to the sheet.  Copyright 1987 United States Postal Service.  No. 290 in a series.  The author of the text is unknown.

The first USPS Commerative Panel was issued 9/20/1972, and one has been produced for virtually every commerative stamp issued.
