USPS Commerative Stamp Club

Perforated sheet with a block of 4 Lacemaking stamps at the top. 8.5" x 11".

The Commorative Stamp Club existed from 1984 to 2001. For subscribers would receive virually every commerative stamp issued mounted on high quality paper. The club was subsequently renamed the "American Commorative Collection", but I can't find further information.
