Paslay Classic Cachets

Single #6-3/4 (6-1/2" x 3-11/16") unaddressed envelope with block of 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. The hand painted cachet is by Fran B. Paslay of a tea set on a tray. The spoon has glittery silver paint. This beautiful cachet is Paslay design #181, and the FDC is #20 of the 100 produced.
