Single #6-3/4 (6-9/16"" x 3-11/16") unaddressed envelope with block of 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. Handpainted cachet of a rather scary looking woman with a network scarf and hatband. I don't know anything about this maker, but when you do see FDCs they are usually limited to a production of five. There's a pencil number in the lower left corner on the back of the envelope, "1629", but I don't know if that means anything.
