Belgian bobbin winder

Need measurements.
Excellent condition, looks unused.

Belgian friction winder, similar to bobinoir_3, but lacking the swift. It can be mounted horizontally on a table edge by driving the wedge between the pegs at the back of the wheel. The bobbin is tensioned by the drive band against a spring mounted to the frame.
