Belgian bobbin winder

need measurements
Very good condition. A split around the wheel (see the upper left in the photo of the wheel). This could use some attention. There may be a finial missing at the top of the windmill axis - unsure if something was ever there.
Illustrated in "Bobbinlace Bobbin Winders", The Spinning Wheel Sleuth, 2022.

Belgian friction winder combined with a swift. The whole assembly can be attached horizontally to the edge of a table by driving the wedge between the table and pegs at the back of the wheel arm. The bobbin is tensioned by a spring. This is a more complex version of bobinoir_2. It came with the Belgian pillow_4 set and stand_2. Quite a remarkable piece of engineering. I'm unsure of the date that the seller sites below.

From the seller:
The things are ca. 1820 from Flamen / Belgium. Its from the family of my wife. She is from Belgium.
As my wife rembers , the stuff was coming for a long time from a monastry in Belgian where they teached the children.
