Belgian Stand

Good condition. It works, but this glossy black finish has a lot of chips. Beneath the paint it looks like there's some nice wear on the footpiece.

A Belgian adjustable stand that has been refinished with a glossy black paint. Would be nice to remove that, but then, this is the way it came. It is part of the collection that includes pillow_4 and bobinoir_3.

From the seller:
The things are ca. 1820 from Flamen / Belgium. Its from the family of my wife. She is from Belgium.
As my wife rembers , the stuff was coming for a long time from a monastry in Belgian where they teached the children.
