Windmill bobbin winder with drawer

Need dimensions.
Very good condition, with one small nick on the solid wheeel rim. Nicely finished.

A well-finished windmill bobbin winder with a solid wheel. Probably a more modern copy since it has neithe the primitive feel nor the wear of other examples. The windmill appear original. There is nothing in the drawer. Unsure what the wood is.
