Chantilly triangular shawl

Very good condition, just a little dry.

The strips in this shawl run horizontally (see Chantilly_triangular_shawl_2), which is unusual. Some of the racroc lines are a little discolored, rusted? Typical floral design, but heavy black thread might indicate a Belgian origin.

Seller says this is a family heirloom (doesn't say who's family) and has never been on the market.
