Chantilly triangular shawl

47" x 106" Depth is a little short.
One small hole lower border. Basically excellent shape

This shawl has a floral and shell design with slightly scalloped edges. Interesting, the strips run horizontally in this piece. Usually they go vertically.

It came out of the estate of Countess Irene de Chateaubriand who was married into the Chateaubriand family.  She and her husband lived in France for many years.  She passed away earlier this year (2012) in California.
