Very good condition, Side edges a little ragged where the tulle was cut.

Lower border is probably Lille. This is sewn on to machine tulle for the larger upper part. The tulle is cut to follow the upper outlines of the motifs. The tulle is embroidered along the edges with the same circle/esprit motifs as in the bobbinlace. Looks like the scalloped side edges are also embroidered on the net. The top is folded over to admit a ribbon, which is still threaded through.
