Pescocostanzo border

In two pieces:
2.375" x 43.75" (6.03cm x 111.12cm)
2.375" x 45" (6.03cm x 114.3cm)
Good condition. All ends cut, folded over and secured. Pieces are beige in color with areas of brown staining. Some breaks along the top border. Some remnants of purple thread are attached indicating that this piece may have served as a border to something at one time. Not certain if thread is linen or cotton, but I suspect linen.

Based on the information in the 'comparable', this fan-like bobbinlace is from Pescocostanzo, and could be 19th century. More research is needed.
