Yelets collar

26" neck edge, ~3.5" width
Very good condition, basically intact. 

The undulating tape design resembles Yelets work, although it could have been made in several other places, like Idrija. Until more information develops, it will stay in Yelets. Design is a bit scraggly, with interesting border circles.
