Excellent condition, very white. The illustrated tags were attached by sewing, and have been removed. See the motif at the 4:30 position showing the original attachment threads. These have also been removed.

A Yelets tape lace doily, see the translations below. It is very rare that such documents survive. Infinite thanks to Ewa (Ava) Kurnicka, Jocelyn Froese, Olga IEROMINA,Wayne Chesser and Carol Rinear Chesser for help with the translations.

Note: In Russia starch is potato (or corn) starch, Make a pudding type mixture. The starch does not yellow over time and if washed, items are then re starched. Sugar is not used.
