Single unaddressed #6-3/4 (6-5/8" x 3-3/4") envelope with block of 4 stamps. “First Day of Issue” cancellation and postmark. By LMG, hand painted cachet cartouche divided into 4 parts, each containing a lace stamp design. #4 of 8 issued.  I don’t know anything about LMG.
