Collins

Single unaddressed #6-3/4 (6-9/16" x 3-11/16") unaddressed envelope with block of 4 stamps. Two cancellations, one First Day Ypsilanti, one Unofficial from Chantilly, VA.  Hand-painted central cachet by Fred Collins of a lacemaker, with the stamps arranged around her.

Collins hand painted FDCs (PO Box 188 Allentown, NJ 08501-0188) started in 1978.  He is a member of many societies and has received numerous honors. Web page at http://www.collinsfirstdaycovers.net.
